Custom Tee Design Form & Deposit

Submit your custom tee idea here!This listing includes a nonrefundable custom design deposit. Upon purchase, you will receive the custom request form to submit your design details, inspiration photos, drawings, colors, names, jersey numbers, and other information for your tee. TeachTees will then review your request and begin creating your custom mockup.

Choose to have your design printed as-is or digitally recreated and cleaned up by TeachTees. Each submission covers one design only. Separate designs, names/numbers, backgrounds, or other variations must be submitted separately.

Once your design is approved, you’ll receive a one-time discount code and a private purchase link by email to order your custom tee.
